XM radio is awesome. I get to listen to games on the road and then listen to yacht rock radio in the summer time at the camp. I unsubscribed from Spotify because listening to the same playlist over and over really gets annoying

Also request to pay with a check. They’ll send you an invoice. That way they don’t just take your money via CC come renewal time.

I have an Outlook reminder set up to go off every Dec 28th. I call and tell them to cancel my service bec I'm not paying $250 or whatever it is for it. Magically...every year...they put me on hold and come back with the $90/annual special. This has been going on for 7 years now.

I've never had this experience. I get it on starting discount (something like $25 for 6 months or $50 for 12), then after the 6 or 12 months run out, it ends service. I let it lapse for a few weeks until they beg me back, tell them I'm only coming back on a discounted rate. I've never paid more than the discounted rate

I dumped them six months ago… Best thing I ever did. Total waste of money considering I can stream/Bluetooth anything I want to listen to through my car.

Cox Business is fricking horrible. Our phones at our business have been down for the last 2 fricking days. We call and call and call on our cellphones and just get put on hold 30 mins to an hour

I hate them too but it's mostly because they are asking me to pay for audio quality that is far inferior to that of free terrestrial radio. And I lose signal when I drive under a tree.

I still don't understand why Lithium has DJs. It's fricking past tense rock wtf do you need to talk about 
Also, I see red anytime I listen to the comedy channels now. Its recorded clips of routines why the hell do they have commercials on paid radio now? I get the sports stations, but not pre-recorded crap.

I just renewed the other day with no drama. I told them I wanted to keep my introductory price rate, and it was no problem.
