I agree about playing the same music although they do seem to have a rotation. Between Cox, AT&T and siriusXM, one would think that it would be worth it to freeze the prices a bit but they seem to encourage playing the game of cancelling or threatening to cancel every year or 6 months. I wonder what would happen if they just offered a good price all the time without hassle? I finally got AT&T to offer some permanent discounts on the TV side of UVerse and it is great. Maybe they are coming around a bit there. But overall it gets old having to call and bitch to get a discount they should offer in the first place. Honestly, unless you are in the car a whole lot (and even then I am not so sure) SiriusXM is barely worth $5 a month. I would never pay $200 a year for it. That is just dumb.

Add Sprint to the list of horrible companies. I just got a $200 gift card to switch to Verizon, I would have paid Verizon to take me.

called to cancel my service back in 2011 or so.
took me a good 30 minutes to convince the person i was talking to to actually terminate it.
