I hate SiriusXM

Their service and business practices are the absolute worst of any company I’ve ever dealt with. I just cussed some poor girl on the phone for everything she was worth and now I’m feelin bad about it. Sorry fellas, just needed a place to vent my frustrations.

They’re janky! They try to auto renew your service at full price every time. Then in order to cancel, they want the money they say you owe them since it’s renewal.

huh? they apply the auto renew $ to whatever the current promo is for me every time. like every single time for 5+ years. i love their customer service

Yea, it's written into the agreement. After your "introductory" period ends they charge full price each subsequent month. Did you expect your introductory offer to just go on forever?
FYI. I cancel mine about every 6 months. About a week later they call me to give the 6 months for $30 deal. I take it, then cancel again when its over. It's not hard.

The only thing I hate about SiriusXM is Madison. I cannot stand the sound of that fricking cvnt's voice, and her GD singing makes me want to drive my truck off a cliff.

That's not how luring customers works. Get the hook and then assume most customers don't pay attention enough OR think its a hassle to re-subscribe. They make their margins on the people that don't pay attention OR just don't care. If the intro offer was just the normal cost then they would not be in business very long.

And that's why you set a calendar reminder for when you need to call and cancel if you want to have the service.

I mean, there are few things worse than a good song ending and then hearing her awful voice suddenly blaring over the speakers. I swear she yells into the mic, which is the last thing she should be doing.

negative. the card was charged over a hundred for a quarter (2 cars). they take that $, give me a full year or more and i don't pay any extra. usually works out to about $75/year/car. any extra is refunded. ive been doing this for years. takes less than 5 min every time.
