I don't want to sleep with my wife anymore

I love my wife, she's beautiful and our sex life is great. But when it comes to actual sleeping, I sleep 100% better in my own bed by myself. She went on a girl's trip over the weekend and I slept so much better. I can stretch out all over the bed, roll over as much as I want, not get hot from another person's body heat etc.
I want to broach this subject with her and tell her I'm sleeping in the guest room from now on, but she's a woman and I'm sure she'll take it the wrong way. She'll think I don't love her anymore or some stupid shite. I absolutely do love her, but sleep is sooo much better alone.
Do any other OT'ers sleep in separate beds from their SO's?

If you’re not in her bed, someone else soon will be. Women want a man that’s going to cherish, hold, and protect her. Deep down she will not be getting these things with you in another room every night.
Maybe you should start with just doing it when you have an important meeting or big day, the next day. See where it goes from there

Close. I replaced our California King with two Twin XLs so there a clear demarcation line as to which side belongs to who.
Everybody sleeps better alone.

Don't have a King. May be something to look into, but I have a feeling she'll still be all up on my side. Maybe I can get 2 Queen beds and push them together?

If that’s your attitude then why are you asking OT for help tough guy? If you don’t care she’s getting railed in the starfish by some random then is it really that hard to take a blanket across the house?

Some OT baw is going to reply and say that he sleeps just fine in the bed next to your wife. Someone else will say that pics of your wife are needed to give proper advice.

I feel your pain. My wife recently went through the change of life. Hot flashes, tossing and turning, ceiling fan on and off on and off, 5 trips to the bathroom a night. And we have a king size bed. Since our kids are grown and moved out, I moved into one of the extra bedrooms. Best damn sleep I have ever had since we've been married (for both of us).
