I think it is bullshite that any store closes due to theft alone. Either the population base dwindles down or their per-capital income takes a hit.

Soros DA's won't prosecute criminals for shoplifting so in turn the cops won't arrest people for shoplifting knowing the DA won't prosecute them so arresting these criminals would waste the cops time & energy. Welcome to your new America.
