Judging by those books and what they deem ok, I guess a book with a prayer before each math lesson would be ok, right?

Community standards are a necessary part of social media. And that’s ok.

It's not ok when those standards are applied selectively based on political ideology.

ISIS certainly fits well within all community standards. There is certainly no bias in how those community standards are upheld. None at all

the crazy part is it's the same folks who have been fighting censorship for decades. actors, musicians, entertainers of all walks.

i remember when musicians went nuts when the govt wanted labels on music.

I think everyone should be honest with themselves. Everyone is for free speech until someone says something they don't agree with.

Absolutely. This can be split into 2 subgroups:

1.The simpletons on the left don't want to read mean tweets. Thats it.

2. Those actually in control on the left don't want the information to get out about how they've controlled twitter for some time now.

Honest question, which makes it harder to get through day to day life? Your disability or your rampant stupidity?

It blows my mind how many people just from looking through Twitter today don't know that the Supreme Court has ruled multiple times that according to the 1st Amendment, there is no such thing as "hate speech" in the United States.

I've seen it mentioned over there that "free speech is different than hate speech". Well, in America it isn't.

So you're saying censorship on social media is approved by China and that the actors, athletes, and social media platforms in the US with a substantial interest in the Chinese dollar are being pressured into pushing the ideals of the current democratic party? All of this being designed to be to the detriment of the United States?

Wow c on z is red-pilled a frick

This is particularly funny. This shite nearly killed the Republicans 30 years ago and here are the Democrats resurrecting it.
You people are terrified of dissent.

"Community standards" for speech has become "Family values" for the marxists.

You’re posting on a website with community standards. How do you feel about that?

Don't be obtuse. No one minds that you can't go on Twitter and threaten physical violence or shout racial slurs. Those standards are fine on a private platform. People are pissed because they censor countervailing ideas as "misinformation."
