mmmm, everybody(thing) loves crab. tasty.

sucks for the crab. while i would boil him for a few seconds of pain, mr. octopus slowly eats him alive, part by part. crunch.

Not as cool as OP video, but I recently learned that catfish will stalk and eat birds that get too close to the water.

I was not aware of this either. I'm glad I know just in a big octopus is staring at me from under water.

If an Octopus can do that to a crab, then a Giant Octopus could do that to a ship.

And nobody would live to tell the tale. I'm going to go ahead and believe that it has actually happened before.

ETA: although it would be a squid (can they do this). Largest recorded squid was 43 feet long and weighed a ton.

Dude octopus' are awesome. They hide in crab boats to eat crabs when they are caught. Go spend some time looking up facts on them. They are fascinating
