Grew up in that shithole. Well outside of it technically.

it was multiple officers shooting at the same time. Not like one guy shot 20 rounds at him. I must say, the Memphis police are much better shots than the cops out in CA. They would have to have 20 officers firing 20 rounds per officer to get 20 on their target.
