Since she has moved in she has probably called or texted me...15 times in what..a year. I work from home so no real need.
When in not home its kinda an unwritten rule leave me alone unless its an emergency. I work from home she runs her clothing business from home I see her 20 hours a day I need those few hours to myself,
Unless she goes out and is going to be home later than expected I don't want her to call me either. I stay up to make sure she gets home but I don't like women who are all up under me I need my space

I call my girl once. If she doesn't answer then she is stuck with whatever decision I make. I hate talking on phones. She figured that out quickly, so it's not really a problem. Why you such a beta bitch?

Yeah, but calling at the end of the work day saying I'm going to a game won't go over too well. No problems at all if I plan it or give a decent heads up.

My wife must have this thing where if she calls me and I don't answer it, she'll throw her phone as far as she can and run the other way, because I'll call her back in under a minute and she won't pick up.

I have no idea, but it wouldn't make sense as she would be the one needing something. I couldn't care less.
It's happened a few times where I get a call while I'm checking into a hotel or talking to someone. I'll call 30 seconds later, no answer. Then she'll call back 2 hours later and I'm in the bathroom or something. Call back 30 seconds later, no answer. It's an incredible phenomenon.

I don't call mine that often. When I do It is because I have something to discuss, not to say Hey. It is usually about once a week. She seldom answers.
We sat down and had a discussion. I explained to her that I do not call her often, but when I do, it is for a reason and it is important to me that she answer her phone when I call her. She said she will make an effort.
She has. She now answers her phone about once every 10 calls. I just decide whatever it is without her input.
Get used to it.
