They will need to do something, you do not have that much distance between the interstate and the light at Perkins to hold traffic waiting on the light. It will also be hard to exit and get in the left lane to turn left on Perkins during rush hours.

The interstate is generally for long trips.
Having entrances and exits so close together is poor planning.
That's a lot of the problem in BR. Washington, Dalrymple, Perkins and College all within approx three miles

Dalrymple 156.2
Perkins 156.9
Acadian 157.7
College 158.3

How dare I do the following!
1) Talk about the inept state economy that only offers jobs for folks who want to work in a plant or in the gulf, or worse.
2) Talk about how inept the state legislature is, the one that continues to fail people who decide they are so fed up with the pandering to welfare recipients / raise in taxes every fiscal year, THEY LEAVE.
3) The inability to build anything within a budget nor on time.
I can go on and on, but they only thing you can seriously be upset about is the fact that you still shill for a failing state instead of being honest with yourself and see it for what it is.
Or maybe, just maybe you are okay with being last in anything worthwhile. I'm not.
Don't worry. I'll still be here to call out every little piece of dumb shite LA AND Texas does.
