It’s easy to see how a wreck could happen there.
I-10 is very winding and there’s a lot of switchbacks.

When I saw it before being forced odd exit the fire was much much bigger as if the tanker did catch fire

I made it through there right after it happened. The car underneath was engulfed in flames. I’m sure the tanker caught fire too (after the car)

I-10 West is closed at LA 3188 (Belle Terre Boulevard) to divert traffic around the vehicle fire at LA 641. Congestion is minimal.

The ones working I-10 are having to work 30 minutes past their shift. They tend to get upset when they have to work OT on wrecks.

This is a whole lot of stupid.
Everytime I’m on the interstate there’s people laying on their brakes at any sign of a cop. They slam on their brakes and cause trailers to jack knife and accidents because they’re worried about tickets. I’d bet 75% of the accidents stem from a situation like this.

It’s amazing the amount of accidents on interstate 10 and 12. They are almost as straight as can be yet trucks just like to flip or jack knife on them
