Clearly you never drive I10 from Ascension to NOLA. The troop racks up on speeders every morning. Sometimes so much so that they are the ones causing the danger and the back ups and traffic jams.

Please post said statistics that show this.
They are the problem cause I see it everyday. One mother scratcher almost killed me the other day trying to merge back on the interstate from the shoulder. I couldn't move over to let him merge, and the bitch forced his way into my lane. I had to steer off the fast lane half way into the grass.
