A bunch of 18 wheelers involved, flipped over etc real shite show. I couldn’t see it well but wife says 18 wheeler flipped over on the other side in the ditch was in fact a tanker truck and there was hazmat team involved. I would avoid if possible. Interstate 10 completely shut down and rerouting traffic off 10 at exit about mile or so east. It’s bumper to bumper traffic stopped for miles and miles.

Apparently not to be out done to to keep my record of getting screwed by an at least hour delay coming back from MD Anderson a perfect 10 for 10, there was apparently a previous 18 wheeler wreck somewhere near exit 100 or ambassador caffery parkway too

Never underestimate people’s inability to drive in a straight line.

Isn't Boutee off of US 90? Or are you talking about the 310 exit off I10 that takes you to St. Rose?

the 310 exit right there says “boutte” so I’m guessing that’s where he’s talking about.

If trucks would stay out of the left lane, interstate accidents would drop by 90%.

I was about the ask the same thing.

I310 takes you to Hwy 90 and either Boutte or Houma.

The wrecks must be near the I310 exit on I10 west.

Also Roanoke has a hazmat team working on a truck west bound since early this morning.

Looks like the normal traffic in the area on DOTD cameras. Maybe they haven't updated yet.

One lane bumper to bumper interstate is normal in Louisiana

Yeah, theres no traffic on the Loyola cam. Seems better than normal actually considering all the airport interchange work

When self driving 18 wheelers that stay in the right lane and don't go above the speed limit replace truckers traffic on the interstate will improve dramatically.

I’m not seeing anything on Waze.
OP, were you exaggerating or something?

DOTD traffic map is green also in both directions from the highrise to the 55 split...outside of the usual areas (WB Clearview to Vets, WB 610-I10 merge, and EB 610-I10 merge to the highrise).

OP off his meds again

No issues near 310 exit. Must be a mistake in the OP. The situation described matches what's going on in Jennings.

Go ahead buddy and have at it. I tried to post on waze and no damn signal. Yeah it’s the 310 exit or whatever it’s called. Looked like an 18 wheeler in its side and maybe another one in a ditch, some cars etc maybe another 18 wheeler but just trailers, no tankers. A half dozen or so cops on scene, no hazmat when we passed 30 minutes ago.

They blocked off interstate at next exit.
