GFS, Euro, and Canadian all have a significant storm in the Gulf 10 days out. GFS has been consistent with this the last few runs.

If Grace wraps that convection around the SW side and clears out the eye in the next 6 hours we might see RI going into landfall

It’s in the direction of Mexico but more northern than Grace, no? I saw that a few days ago and the path is still the same

We're running different models apparently for ballpark of Aug 30. The GFS has a frog strangler going into mexico, the CMC is bullish on it, Euro has a lil storm.
For the GFS I'm just seeing this big one it's wishing for on Labor Day weekend around FL (for now).

As it's been here and other boards for a while, sometimes people see what they want to see. The timeline is definitely shortening for whatever the models are seeing, but there's no actual system yet. It's not like a wave that exits Africa and we track it, this one just starts up. So who knows if or when this system develops. I don't like the trend of more models showing something, but we still have a few days before I start to get worried.

I don’t see anything by the GFS or Euro the next 10 days. Euro shows a low in BoC heading into Tuxpan. Is that it ?
