96L starting to wrap up a bit...And the dry air that has finally made it into the deep South is noticeable also

Looks to me like both the GFS and Euro have it either curving out over open ocean or scraping the east coast - someone better with the models want to confirm that for me?

Only model I’ve seen that has it moving into the Gulf is the Canadian. It has a Cat 3 just south of Vermilion Bay heading WNW

With a Galveston landfall next Saturday. Its been showing this path last few runs, so right or wrong it's sticking to it lately. No one else is on board though.
