Not a lot of support for the guy in the Caribbean, but look at what is coming behind it. There's a lot of support for the other wave we're watching.
That's the storm we're going to have a Labor Day thread tracking, if it can keep the dry air out over the next few days.

We'll have to wait and see, the models are trying to resolve a very broad AEW pouch. It will be hard for that to consolidate and it might be slower than what the Euro is showing...

I'm sure it will be slower than what the Euro is showing, and to be fair, it looks like numerous members in the cluster are weak. Lot of water between now and that potential run into the Bahamas.

Yeah but that ain't Brownsville. The landfall is where the center crosses a coastline. That's definitely in Mexico.
