Ha! Those houses and condos that were put up in a frenzy of building along 30A ten, fifteen and twenty years ago were rush jobs to make a buck. Everyone from developers to contractors to material men to laborers to real estate agents were in on the treasure hunt. It all started forty years ago with Seaside.

Lots of power outages in Mobile. These old oaks are falling and it's not gusting that bad. Can't imagine a direct hit here.

edit - news just said 14,000 outages so could be worse
