It probably will once it gets off Cuba but luckily it will take time and energy for her to reorganize and strengthen. Limits the top end of strength to the point a Cat 5 again would be very surprising. I've seen too many blow up really fast to discount it but the probabilities fall every hour she hugs the Cuban coast.
