If there was a way Lee could only destroy Mitch's house, that would be ideal.

Saw a dude in Florida give his generator away to a woman in tears because all generators were bought up and she has respiratory problems. Complete stranger. That was a nice gesture.

Saw that too. I thought it was cause her dad was on oxygen? Either way, solid gesture.

Isaac was bad here. It dropped waaaaay too much water. That was the worst flood I seen until March last year then the August flood was even worse than that.

Seems to have it weakening faster once it hits N Florida, so that's good for Georgia

Very slight shift west it appears. Not surprising. Models seem to be shifting it more westward.

This is why I don't like how NHC does their cones. Panhandle was never off the table even though models trended eastward for a few days. Why not just keep your cone wider so people don't glance at it and get complacent.

"Oh, I'm not in the cone we're fine."

I'll bet people do that too.

That means the strongest winds in the eyewall will be 20 to 30 miles from the center. You don't want that 10 mile wide EF-2/EF-3 tornado anywhere near you.
