Wait a fricking second. When you're arguing about how far west it's going, you're literally talking about the movement in the state of Florida?
No way you're serious
For the last day or so, yeah.

So I was planning to take a trip saturday from ATL over to Athens for the day and go check out the Georgia guidestones over by the SC border.
Trying to decide if Im going to get caught in South Carolina evacuation traffic or not on the way back home.
Yall think so or nah? Figure dont wont to be on the roads if people trying to evac to ATL. But not sure if people gonna be on 85 between ATL and SC or not

I'm kinda concerned with how this thing will be dragged Northwest once it makes the North turn through Florida. I'm wondering if that has error on it too where it could be pulled NW faster as it's going through Florida skipping to rest of Gulf Coast. That a possibility with the steering?

Seeing reports that the US Border Patrol landed at Virgin Gorda a few hours ago and are rescuing people. USBP rescued a woman who suffered a 7 inch leg wound on the island in this photo.

It's a reference to where he was broadcasting from during Harvey acting like he was in the worst of it while everyone was watching Jeff's periscope from inside the eyewall for over an hour.
I had no idea where the weather channel was sending anyone

Crazy how the same ppl making all these maps are the same ones telling us about global warming yet we ignore those diagrams.
Crazy how these computer models working with live data can't predict the exact position of this storm more than a few days out, yet we are supposed to believe computer models working with corrupted data are going to predict a 1 degree temperature rise 80 years from now.

That's the full photo I posted a bit ago.
That's Jost Van Dyke island with the Soggy Dollar Bar nearly destroyed. Props to our US Federal Agents and military in the Caribbean assisting their neighboring territories and countries.

Hard to tell from that photo but it looks like the hills above the beach lost all their trees. Those things were covered in dense palms and brush.

Not to make this a global warming thread but they have no hard scientific data that suggests for a fact it's human influenced. What we DO we have is factual scientific data that shows how hurricanes work in both the Atlantic/Pacific. They go in cycles where they have periods of quiet times then they ramp up for several years switching between each side. That has happened since they were recorded and that was long before global warming was considered a thing.

can we save the global warming debate for the poli board and focus on this hurricane please?
