They change the path based on model runs and knowing how weather works.
The cone is just the historic error. Think it covers like 66% of the typical error for that timeframe over the past five years. So the cone just shifts with the path changes.

Coming here for advice. Leaving from Br at 6am wed morning to get to ky was the plan. With a horse trailer. Is it better to leave tomorrow night and possibly be sitting for hours in traffic? Will people even evacuate? We are back and forth on the idea
