Damn, well half day will still provide some learning, but missing a few hours of academic guidance, still tough. I hope this doesn't cost anyone an Ivy league scholarship

Not unless some rapid intensification takes place.

I fixed it. Was typing in the rain. Trying to decide when to leave.

It’s going to be a thunderstorm in Baton Rouge at the worst

Ugh. This is a mess. Anybody think chancing the horse trailer wed is ok?

I’m no expert but you’ll be fine whenever you leave.

We were planning to take 59, though. I guess we can take 55...

I would say your best bet is to make a decision one way or the other in the morning, if you can wait. A lot more will be known in 12 hours. But if it’s not a hassle, and you don’t lose anything, why not just plan to leave tomorrow?

Where is that happening?

55 is probably going to be a better bet than 59. There may be some MS people using 59 to get north.

If you’re going no matter what, I would say the earlier you can leave tomorrow, the better. Like, if you can leave tomorrow am, do it.

I don’t think it’s going to bother your plans even if shifts west. If you are that worried about it just drive to Jackson tonight and get a hotel

If we leave tomorrow it won’t be until late. Like 7pm

Then I would have everything ready to go for tomorrow afternoon, just to be safe.
