A tropical storm in and of itself isn’t a huge deal in theory. But, and heaven forbid, it should stall out like Tropical Storm Allison did over Houston in the late 90s early 00s? it caused catastrophic flooding even though it was just a tropical storm.

I think you have to have proof you notified them there was an existing hazard. Thus proving they were negligent.

Allison dumped a ton of rain across La

Even tropical storms can cause serious issues for people. I look to be out of power 2-3 days. Every named storm that’s been through here has knocked my power out a minimum of 3 days
