What sucks about that is that NC is basically going to have hurricane force winds for 24+ hours and feet of rain in a good portion of the state.
Lots of bad juju headed that way.

Charleston has recommended evacuation of all zones
That is surprising.
Gonna have a hard time find hotels. Clemson and South Carolina both have scheduled home games this weekend.

How many inches did SC receive a few years ago when they had to move the football game to BR because of the flooding?

Aiken should be fine. Maybe a little wind and rain, but it’s south and inland enough that it should be okay unless Flo deviates from the models.
We are selling a horse to someone from Aiken, supposed to ship him at the end of September. She's a nurse, so if this turns into an all hands on deck situation for medical personnel, I wonder if she's going to be in a position to take delivery on time.

My family was trying to sell a dog of a recently deceased relative and found a couple in Virginia Beach. They were supposed to meet in Raleigh but I guess that’s done as well

Just looked it up. That system dropped a max of 26.88" near Mount Pleasant, SC. It killed 25 people and caused $2 billion in damages. I cant imagine what another 20" would do.

Theres are posters on Dr Jeff Masters blog claiming recon found 130 mph winds at the surface already in the SW quadrant..

Considering like only around a quarter of that is what caused the massive floods in the Cola area...ya...um...that's kinda bad.
I'm hoping those Euro models aren't accurate...

Isaac is too early to talk about. It could be a gulf threat but right now the models have consistently had it fizzling out somewhere in the caribbean. That could change though but yes, way too early to talk about it. Florence should be what people are worried about right now.

Every store here in Durham is slammed. Hopefully we are far enough inland to avoid the heavy winds
