After H Michael ripped through the Panhandle and SE corner of Al and SW Ga the people who made money were in construction, sold blue tarp, ran tree services,, hauled trash etc. but the majority in the impact area spent money trying to find alternate shelter elsewhere, not to mention jobs lost due to businesses destroyed. And that was 8 months plus if not still ongoing.

It is stimulating the economy right now through clicks on TD and The Weather Channel. So if it turns back out into the ocean and does no damage then it would be a net positive because of clicks

I'm so glad Ron DeSantis is the Governor of Florida. Could you imagine if Andrew Gillum was on the weather channel right now telling people to stock up on neck bones.
