My neighbors. Well, it's not for everyone, I guess. I don't know many people that live here that don't love it.

I don’t play around with much SQL or know much about the IT world, but I’ll say you might check out Jacobs. They are tied to the hip of NASA via the ESSCA contract and handle a lot of their legwork. You get paid a good bit more being a contractor versus civil servant as well.

I’ve been

It’s not bad, it’s not great either

I wouldn’t move there from Nashville. Maybe if I were in some small shitty town

What national park is in the middle of huntsville?

*State park* but you get the drift. There's a few but Monte Santo is awesome. Was like 5 minutes from my hotel and spent the day hiking trails.

i agree with this.

I like talking shite just because it’s Alabama, but they do have a bunch going for it, for what it is, which is still a small town in Alabama.

I'll check it out, I've done some contract side work in previous years. Might be a good place to start.

Thanks, if you're in the area I owe you a beer.

You're such a fig. Sitting on the poliboard making troll posts about the LA gov election as if you voted, then posting about Huntsville and lying about owning planes.

I can't even fathom what kind of queer it takes to manage this online persona. You aren't "influencing" anything other than making me hate people who are obvious shills.

I spent some time in Huntsville last August. You can keep it.

I’ve only been to the space center and it was years ago. I have never driven into Huntsville. However, everything I have read about the city indicates it is a great place to live. Seems like it has the second highest number of engineers in the country. As stated earlier, it has one of the highest educated populations in the country.

Exactly where do you live that makes you have such a low opinion of the area?

Want to move to San Diego? My company (largish defense contractor) is looking for a couple of SQL guys for our new PLM system implementation.
