I worked in he middle east for a while. Their idea and beliefs dont mesh with the western idea of work.

I'm not raising a "fuss" about the firing of those employees. I think they deserved it. Rather, I was responding to bencoleman's post, which I think crossed some kind of line. But, for the record, I didn't report the post. That shite got deleted by its own self.

Most large packers have a "halal" section that both performs the required prayers and ensures the meat is prepared properly. This is required for export into most Muslim countries. My guess would be this was what was going on here and why a large concentration occurred in this one place.
From my understanding a few thousand live in the USA with lots of others that travel much like oilfield workers on a rotation.

Praying that nothing happens to the plant managers or other workers, but if it does, at least Obama could realistically describe it as work place violence & not a terror attack.

when a muslim retaliates (and it will happen eventually) CAIR will step in front of it and be the first to say it's not a terrorist attack and that people should be ashamed for even suggesting such a thing.

The company did their part by providing "reasonable accommodations". That is all they have to do. The idiots that walked out and didn't show up for work for three days didn't do their part so now they are jobless.

Hunted on a 60k acre goat farm south of Juno Tx. The owner said he hired some big shot Muslim and his holy entourage to fly over and inspect his ranch. After the big shot blessed it all the goats became Kosher (or the Muslim equivalent) and he now sells them for twice as much. I don't think I could eat one of those flee bags.
