Huge Fight at Fred's...UPDATE: Arrest made

Investigators believe Marsiglia punched Devin Repath one time while in the parking lot of Fred’s Bar & Grill on March 23, 2024. However, Repath is accused of punching Marsiglia or someone in his group of friends, while inside the bar one time before the dispute moved outside.

The document said Repath swung at one of the members in the group. He missed and they hit back, knocking Repath backward.
Police said the group "immediately began to rush Repath, knocking him to the ground." Repath was found by BRPD officers unconscious and bleeding from his head.
