are you a woman? Why so much freaking cardio. Up the weights, cut the cardio. Eat lean protein and green veggies.... profit

What's your goal here? What's the intensity of the cardio? What's the volume and intensity of your lifting days?

i see no problem with that part. I do the same. I do biceps all in one day. Everyone is different here.

Arms get worked out doing related workouts. No need to have a day devoted to arms.

No, Bmath, again brings up a good point in these threads.

So, you do only arms on one day. Very little damage to the overall muscles in the body occur. Therefore, not a ton of hormonal changes are happening. These arm muscles recover with tremendous speed, you can literally do them EOD.

Basically, you're leaving stuff on the table by doing them only one day a week.

Remove the cardio from the weight workouts and do hiit 2 or 3 mornings a week for 20-30 minutes on an empty stomach. Lift heavy and only use compound lifts. Don't do any of the pussy outer triceps head french ball lick super pronated cable extension crap.

i agree, but everyone is different. What you said works great for someone working out 3 days a week. I work out 5 days a week so i have extra days to dedicate a day to arms only.

Didn't you just mock the OP for doing a lot of cardio?

I work out 5 days a week, too. Your arms get worked out doing related lifts.
