So, you do only arms on one day. Very little damage to the overall muscles in the body occur. Therefore, not a ton of hormonal changes are happening. These arm muscles recover with tremendous speed, you can literally do them EOD.

Basically, you're leaving stuff on the table by doing them only one day a week.

again.. for someone working out mon/wed/friday i agree

i workout mon-friday. I can not do full body workouts 5 days in a row for an hr each day and recover enough to make it through the week.

i see no problem with that part. I do the same. I do biceps all in one day. Everyone is different here.

Whatever floats your boat. I was just curious of his reasoning behind doing that. He seemed like he was looking for advice.

For that kind of volume, this should be done in the gym's only power rack. Also, take lots of long water breaks between sets.

Two day a week legs, two day a week upper body. Compound exercises targeting large muscle groups. Screw the isolation exercises. Light cardio on those days. One or two heavy cardio days if you really want to. Every couple of months take a week off. Dont work out but dont lay around. Pick something active you enjoy and do that.

Correct, but you can pair the arms with larger movements, squats are a great one. You then receive the benefits of the dumping of hormones due to trauma.

Again, not saying it's wrong, but some changes could possible elevate the growth you are looking for.

I don't know what "Back" is

My workout plan is simple.

Day 1 - Dead Lift 4 sets, Calf Raises 1 set

Day 3 - Bench 4 sets, Close Grip Bench 3 sets, Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 sets, Barbell Shrugs 3 sets, Barbell Rows 3 sets

Day 5 - Squat 3 sets, Front Squat 3 sets, Calf Raise 1 set

Day 6 - Overhead Press 4 sets, Paused Bench 3 sets, Close Grip Chin Ups 4 sets, Tricep Extensions 3 sets, Barbell Curls 2 sets

You do that in the kitchen not the weight room

Also that fat is the absolute last to go, at least it was for me, you can't spot reduce fat, basically once you are lean in all other areas of your body that fat will start to go away

Loaded Carries

Prowlers

More weights, more protein, less cardio duration "higher intensity"

compound movements " squats, deadlifts, pull-ups"

Veggies, fruit, no processed foods, no simple sugars, complex carbs

Or intermittent fasting

Ok, you cannot spot target fat loss. It will happen in areas on its own and all people are different. Belly and leg fat are usuaally last to go due to being close to your center of gravity.

You're going to have to eat the proper way to drop the fat quickly or the cardio will just help your cardiovascular health and slowly slowly drop the body fat if you're eating sloppy.
