Nope. No marriage. We entered into a domestic partnership agreement when we moved in together.

cut her off, and if she threatens to kill you again, report it to the police. Get a gun. Preferably an AR15

On the 1% chance this is real (it isn't), Anyone needing a TD lurker to support them with a legitimate connection to an established, successful organized crime outlet is full of shite or atrociously unresourceful. I'd let her have 2nd vehicle if she agrees to take it out of your name and file a restraining order.

Option 1: Get her hooked on heroin to ease the pain and suffering in her final days until one evening when you up the amount and ensure she drifts off peacefully.

Option 2: Burn your house down, frame her for it, collect the insurance money, and move to Alaska to begin a new life on the run.

Option 3: Tell her she can stay but there will be a new set of rules. Let her know that she won't be turning any more tricks in your house without giving you your cut.

I ended up getting a better job halfway across the country. We grew apart, have separated, and now I want to sell the house, and move on with my life.

Where you fricked up is AFTER when you started to look to cut ties, you move across the country, and you give her that information rather than cutting ties.

This is after you knew she had a questionable background and you knew full on that she was taking advantage of you.

Her threat would have no teeth if she didn’t know where you lived.

Why haven’t you spoken to a lawyer to go over your options (if you have to legally evict her, etc.)? She wouldn’t know you did, so it’s not going to trigger her hitmen.

The longer you let her stay there unsupervised, the more likely she is to completely gut all the drywall & pour concrete in the pipes to spite you. She’s not going to have you killed, man. If she had connections like that, she wouldn’t need you. She’s trying (successfully) to scare you. You need to go to the police.

What are the chances she doesn't really have a brain tumor?

Not just that, but terminal brain cancer doesn’t typical play around.

It’s terminal because it is literally on the borders of critical regions and thus no surgery.

Individuals aren’t making plans to get a year to get back on their feet, 2 years after being labeled terminal.

Assuming this post is real, and assuming she actually had cancer, she overplayed whatever the doctor told her.

Give her everything you have, she has already won. Kneel and submit to your tumor overlord.
