one on the side of me was a bed ridden old man, he passed away and now a baw who has an f450 lives there with his wife. doing a lot of renovations. Nice guy, always calls me sir despite im pretty sure he's older. wife speaks no English.

other neighbor is a really nice couple, i think they are a couple. The guy could be about 15 years younger than her.

directly across is elderly orthodox Jewish couple. i have to turn off their electronics if they alarm past sun down on sabbath. also very nice.

so....diverse?

Very eclectic group. White trash 2 blocks down, couple with a lot of money 2 doors down, African refugees 3 blocks down, families all over.

We are about 2 miles away from the city center.

My next door neighbors are a 72yo couple. They both go outside and cut their house every 5 days. They are miticulous with it. But both have been great neighbors and drop vegetables off at our door that they grew in their garden. Seriously great folks

When we moved in, we were pleasantly surprised because it felt like a neighborhood felt back in the 1980's. All families sitting outside in each other's yard socializing and paying attention to the comings/goings of the hood.

This sounds very similar to mine. Less socializing lately after major disputes re: the length of grass (one neighbor was cutting slightly shorter than the other. It snowballed into a feud). But all great neighbors who watch the neighborhood like a hawk & look out for each other.

My neighbors on one side are kind of trashy but they're friendly, helpful, and overall good people. There's a couple of trash houses in the neighborhood but for the most part it's older people who take care of their homes/yards.

The old man across the street is racist as all hell and has a bit of dementia. He thinks I'm somebody he's known for years so I often get to hear some pretty wild shite.

The racial makeup of the county was 98.41% White, 0.14% Black or African American, 0.27% Native American, 0.20% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.29% from other races, and 0.69% from two or more races. 0.93% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. 37.7% were of German, 12.5% Norwegian, 10.3% Irish, 9.5% English and 8.8% American ancestry. 97.1% spoke English, 1.1% German and 1.1% Spanish as their first language.

Zero problem with my neighbors.
