I agree wholeheartedly.

Some of these black movements need better marketing folks - BLM, Defund the Police, white privilege, etc are pretty divisive slogans.

White Man Dale’s first question is what does he do when he doesn’t have the money to buy his kids a filled backpack because his two low income jobs only pay for the inflated rent prices caused by poor economic decisions of his local government? Is there another way to illustrate how his kids are born with a full backpack?

If everyone was proud of who they are and where they came from none of this shite would matter. I don’t feel bad for people that have less than me and make shitty choices.

I'll tell them about the guy who beat me out for Valedictorian in my high school class. Sure he had a 4.0, but they let him switch from Calculus to some other class mid year when it was apparent he wasn't going to make an A. That was against school policy.

That disqualified me from many scholarship opportunities. I had a 32 on the ACT. He had something in the mid 20s, but he got a full ride to Tulane because he came from a disadvantaged community. Nevermind that his parents made more money than mine, and he lived in a little nicer house. His skin color got him something that mine couldn't get me. That is my first hand experience with white privilege.

Are you the white guy or black guy in this story?

The majority of folks in the country are white. It is human nature to be drawn to people that look like you. This isn't rocket science.

If you have to pick someone to sell products door to door in Livingston Parish, and you've got two equally qualified candidates, but one is white and one is black, who do you think will be more successful? Now answer the same question for Orleans Parish.

Some of you people are so racist, white privilege exists, although it is usually not defined very well. Actually anyone can have WP, it means coming from a solid 2 parent family, your parents read to you everyday, they instilled in you the value of an education, made sure you did your homework and got good grades. They didn't just go to school to complain, they went to follow your progress, they taught you to respect your teachers and if you caused trouble at school, you were punished at home too. They taught you manners, to respect elders, to be self reliant, that you are not a victim, you are responsible for your actions, good and bad. They gave you a work ethic and self discipline.

A lot of whites don't have white privilege, a lot of blacks do, we all know who they are. A lot of crappy people were born into wealth, a lot of great people rose out of poverty. I was lucky, my parents gave me WP, the kid next door, didn't get it, he was my best friend until he tried to teach me to shoplift.

Anyone who proclaims themselves a victim, will always be a victim.

Agreed. You don't need to insult or vilify whites in order to speak out against police brutality against blacks, especially when whites agree with the premise.

I wasn’t going to say anything, but now ABC has encouraged me to tell my kids to be extra proud of your skin color, and don’t let anybody guilt you for being the color God made you. This is the silliest bullshite that liberal whites need to jump off a cliff holding hands.

That's not what any of it means.

Strip all of the socioeconomic attributes away - do you want to look like the majority of people in a particular country, especially if that is also in power, or not? It's that simple, yet people still act dumb about it.

Doing the right things and making smart choices is not privilege.

People that think like this (and use the term white privilege) are racist to their core and they can't even see it.

You ever think it's possible people aren't racist and what people have is based on how hard they worked to get there?

So it's not a universal privilege. Skin color privilege is dependent on where you are. Sometimes it's an advantage. Sometimes a hindrance.

There are around 880,000 black millionaires in America. Also, when my kids are white privelage shamed, I’ll teach them to ask the virtue signaling adult if America is systematically racist, how did Asian men become the highest earning demographic in the country

I feel so horrible that my dad married my mom and they stayed married until they died. I guess commitment is a white privilege.

Dude. This is disgusting. The things you're describing are not about skin color. The fact that you're trying to ascribe a skin color to doing the right thing is vile.
