Share an upside down pineapple cake with another couple y’all really like.

Spend at least one night where you two cook together and mix a speciality cocktail. Subscribe to food and wine and give the recipes a try. It’s fun and gives you something to discuss. Also, having a fire pit to roast marshmallows foe the kids and a location away from the tv to socialize.
At the end of the day, turn off the tv and do something that you two can discuss without having to depend on each other for entertainment.

Last of three kids finally gone as of August last year. We're acting like we're 21 again. But with more money. Although trick sex and eating arse has ran it's coarse, keep it fresh by taking trips and going new places an get Cialis. Vacation sex is this best! So go on more weekend getaways.

Keeping marriage fresh starts with working together in the same direction. What are your goals? Do you want to retire and own a yacht? Do you want to do short term mission trips together?
Start with small things that lead to that (I.e. tour a yacht, participate in a local soup kitchen etc)
Remember to keep your marriage first and to set aside “us” time. Set aside money for a sitter and go on dates. Prewrite 3 questions about each other that you don’t know the answer to and discuss at dinner. If you can’t do sitters right now, set aside one night a week to play a board game after the kids go to sleep or go for a walk with the baby monitor in hand.
Do your budget together. This seems silly, but leads to great conversations about goals (planning for certain number and timing of kids, job aspirations, retirement plans, charitable beliefs etc)
Keep things romantic by continuing to date your wife- or someone else just may try to. What did you do when y’all were dating? Did you buy flowers, cards, candy? Did you write her notes, songs, or poems? Did y’all spend alone time together or get together with friends?
Take time to remember highlights and difficulties of marriage. Make a treasure box of little items like a ticket stub or dinner receipt and keep adding in until it’s full and then reminisce.
Write down 5 date ideas you can do at home after the kids go to bed and do one thing every two weeks ( I.e. make your own corks and canvas, read a book chapter and discuss, do an online class together for free thru iTunesU)
Lastly, and most importantly - continue to pursue Christ together. As you grow more mature in Him, discuss this with your partner. That’s not easy to do. Set aside a certain night a week and go around the table to discuss what God is teaching you.

How the hell are you supposed to keep your relationship fresh and fun when you're too tired in the evenings to do anything but feed the kids and watch TV?
Best advice?
you need to ask yourself why the frick are you so tired? You need to fix that first
- sleep 8 hours everynight
- stop eating like a kid
- start exercising
get yourself more energy and this will fix itself.

Change often, like underwear

OK... first you're going to need a midget, some lube, and a gerbil....

The best advice I can ever give on all aspects of life is….
“It’s always the little things”
Talk, be honest, look for ways to help out, look for ways to make her laugh. My wife loves it when I take control of the kids and verbalize to them how our marriage is more important than whatever trivial bs they want to do.
Marriage is a constant balance between making her feel like the most important person in the world and making her feel like there’s a million other women who’d kill to be in her place.

I love these threads
Sincere request for some marital advice, followed by hilariously ludicrous input sprinkled with dashes of solid material on how to recharge the engines and have a more meaningful relationship.

Minimize, simplify. People are way too busy.
