People are shocked when I tell them my weight. It’s mostly in the legs. I lift 4 days a week with a day for squats and a day for dead lifts.

I was 6'2 7/8".
I am now a touch below 6'2".
I float between 217 and 223, depending on how close to holidays.

People say I have the largest calves and shoulders/back they’ve ever seen.

I’m definitely proof that you can’t out workout bad eating and drinking habits.

I have another brother around my height. All of the others are/were 6ft or above. Guess it's the German lineage.

55 years old and 6'2 - 230 (need to be 210-215 with my frame). Was same height and about 170 lbs when I graduated from HS and about 185 when I graduated from college 30+ years ago...so that tall but not big mentality has stuck with me from my formative years.

I consider myself average size, even though US men's height/weight charts would say otherwise.

I'm 5' 7", slender, and proud of it, LOL! I have money, a smoking hot wife and a big pick-up truck. That is compensation enough.

I used to work in an office with cubicles. One of my colleagues was 6'6". He played basketball at Oklahoma back when Wilt Chamberlin was at Kansas.

One day he came into my cube to discuss something. He interrupted the discussion because he could see something happening clear over on the other end of the floor and was telling me about it. I stood up and could see nothing except the top of the cubicle walls. Then he crouched down to my level and said "Wow, it's a whole different world down here." We had a good laugh about that.

For those of you who travel, when you are my size, you never have a problem with flying on planes. I've seen big guys who looked so uncomfortable on flights, especially on regional jets. That is probably about the only time being small is an advantage.

Carry on.

6’ 180 so definitely not big.

I’ve always played basketball as a guard although often find myself on teams with all other guards so I go into Charles Barkley undersized PF mode while having to match up with the other team’s big. Sometimes it works out and sometimes that big is 6’6 and can’t do much.

I am 5' 2". One time I didn't just feel, but I WAS the tallest person in a room.
It was in Hawaii, just before the Hawaii Marathon. At that time, many Japanese running clubs were there to participate in the race. I turned down the hall in the Hawaiian Village hotel and saw three running clubs walking in neat squares, each carrying a different flag, coming at me.
I was taller than any of them.

It felt weird.

I was born in ‘52 and was 6’1” in HS so I was considered tall, not big because I was about 160 then. A year later I was 195 and still was not considered big. I’m still taller than most of my friends even now.

I'm 6'4", but I had a growth spurt after high school. Always been thin framed, had to work out religiously to put on any bulk at all. But have a gut now at 49, mostly from sitting at a desk all day. Yes I consider myself big.
