Your solution is to let them die off so I prefer mine

Based on your claimed income, go hire a couple of poor/median families and pay them more than median wages.

I’m sure there’s data on white collar crimes and you’re definitely wrong.

Majority of white collar crimes are committed by white men. Already knew this but here you go

That wasnt my solution or anyones. That was you getting all emotional, making some drastic assumptions, and making a thread about it.

Youre a perfect example of how just giving people money isnt the solution. You and your wife make over a million a year and somehow you still cant function financially

I don’t want to be a jackass but you think we can’t function financially because what I choose to share with you.

We do ok, don’t worry about us. Yes $17 salad is crazy but our after tax monthly income exceed 50k so don’t worry, we don’t eat 3k salads a month

That document appears to be over 20 years old. Maybe it’s data is as valid as looking at housing prices vs income from the 90s?

Why would we look for a starter home? We own 2 we rent out and looking to buy one for us to live in. We value education and community so looking at nicer areas and it’s roughly 2M.

This post is for people like my friends who are less fortunate who didn’t pick the right major in college when they were 17/18 and now fricked by the economy. Mid level accountants make ~100 mid level corp finance make ~ 90

Doubtful.

People who actually live comfortably don't complain nearly as much about the cost of living as you do and you claim to be in the peak percentages of earners in this country.

houses are just overly inflated.

Somebody is buying them. If houses stop selling, they'll stop building them.

As I said, call the bluff. It’s easier to prove it then argue with you

The only place worse than Houston is Dallas.

Both are endless sprawls of concrete with people on top of people.

Here is a table of pretty much every crime you can do. The population that represents 13% of the US is over represented in every single category. The only thing that gets close to their percentage is DUI

1% boomer is much much muchhhhhb more wealthier than 1% millennial at the same time frame of their lives.

1% boomer could probably buy multiple houses at 25 meanwhile we waited till 33

Or have roommates. Or if married or living with a partner have a dual income. And if the combined salary of the roommates/spouses/whatever is still $75k, then yes. They absolutely should be living in a cheap apartment.
America used to be a country where teachers, cops, fireman, plumbers, etc could afford a home in a safe community

That no longer exists. That was reality not long ago. Am I saying the govt should do something about it? Not at all. But it’s sad, and kinda scary, how quickly we are being a society of poor and rich here with no real in between

It isn't, but I think someone making decent money should be able to afford a decent place. Its not like he is complaining about someone making $15 an hour flipping burgers not being able to afford a 4 bedroom house in a good area.

Lol how stupid are you
