I was under the impression some AA ladies did this

Are these ladies designed to take down planes?

Luftwaffe female auxiliaries. They were commonly known as Blitzmädchen, which translates to “lightning girls.” Basically they did things like man radar stations, helped crew anti-aircraft batteries, etc., particularly toward the end of the war.

Many were mere teenagers.

We would struggle with eliminating the leadership, occupying the country, and quelling the inevitable insurgency, just like we always do

We’ve done that lately.

Are you talking about today’s United States military fighting a 1942 Nazi Germany or a 2026 Nazi Germany? A 2026 Nazi Germany would be a peer competitor. That would be an even fight. There’ll be nothing easy about it.

Heck with our current Politicians running the show Afphganistan kept us at bay for 20 yrs and Iran has shown we won't take off our gloves so it would all depend on how serious we were on actually all out war.

Have the Germans sent a bunch of people to the gas chambers yet?

Why didn't they wait until after the war? Assuming they beat the USSR and don't declare war on the US. Waste of time and resources during the war.

Just think how simple the D-day landing would be with modern tech.

There would be no need for a D-Day landing.

I would imagine modern day artillery, rocket launchers, Apaches, and A10 Warthogs would soften 'em up a bit.

Well, we're running out of munitions againat a military that is a fraction of the strength of WWII Germany after only a few months.

Nazi Germany at their peak? How well would our intelligence be capturing/killing Hitler? And all the other Nazi leaders?

The better question is, how quickly can they run the Boss Rush: Germany, Soviet Union, Japan, Britain, 1940s USA, France, Finland, China, etc etc etc

If there were no cameras, 6 days. If conditions were as they are today, 14 years.

We are 6 months in on this and not looking like we will "win"

WW2 compared to this conflict today.

The Allies took the war home to the Axis in a very special way. Firebombs, flatten cities and so on. Iran has fresh water, media coverage, and electricity.
