Have had them for several years, but seems worse since my last colonoscopy. Bought a bidet attachment for my toilet, and between the cool water and not having to clean my arse till it bleeds, it has been remarkable in allowing them to heal and shrink.
Went out of town over the weekend and had to use toilet paper. Opened that sucker up and bled all weekend.
Try the bidet if you're having issues cleaning. It's amazing !

If everyone is being honest and technical, we've all had our hemorrhoids since birth.

The tissue is there in everyone so you don't rip out your a-hole when you shite, acts as sort of a shock absorber.

The problem is when too much blood fills them and then doesn't drain, they become "thrombosed hemorrhoids."

Most of the time, with internal hemorrhoids, people don't know they have an issue unless they bleed or prolapse. External ones are the bothersome type, most of the time.

Having said that, I've had issues with them. Had my first "bad case" at 24 after lifting some stuff. Had them lanced and the clots drained.

I was probably 21 the first time I had to push a 2 inch long hemorrhoid back up into my anus. Pain wasn't that bad so I don't think I've experienced the worst.

32 and never had one... I have a buddy (almost 35) who has been complaining about one for a month or so...

You need to see the doctor now. I put it off for years until I couldn’t stand it any longer. That’s a mistake. There’s 3 procedures to get rid of them, depending on the severity. Easiest is “banding” but you have to catch it early. Next is laser surgery.... that’s if it’s too late for Banding. Last and most painful is to surgically have them cut out. Ask me how I know how GD much that hurts.

Got my first one 3 weeks ago. Had no idea they were so painful.

I may overdose on Imodium if I get another one so I don't get any urges to poop. That was awful.

I'm not 100% certain its a H but it might be a small one. Its gotten a bit better over the past 24 hours. I've never had any pooping problems so its a bit of a mystery.

late 20's/early 30's (can't remember). Drank way too much wild turkey on new years day, got black out drunk and woke up January 2nd with a grape between my arse cheeks. it freaked me out but was gone in a week. that was about 20 years ago and I've never had another one.
