27 year old Jeep Wrangler, when it gets dirty, I wash it...if the weather is cooperating. Could be 2 weeks, could be 3 months. I swear it runs better when its clean,.though. Lol

Handwash in my driveway. Every couple of weeks when new. Now it is more like every couple of months. It is really due for a clay and sealant.

Daily driver is a 2001. I do a deep clean once most of the snow has gone, because keeping a clean vehicle in deep snow is next to impossible.
In summer, I vacuum and hand wash about once a month.
