Yet, people are always happy to ignore the fact that something must’ve created “god”.

That doesn’t make sense. If something “created god” then wouldn’t that thing be God? And if not, what created it? And wouldn’t whatever thing is that created the thing that created “god” be itself God?

No matter what you do, you can’t get past the fact there has to be a beginning to all this, something that started it all. Something can’t just appear from nothing. And all the “somethings” in the universe had to come from somewhere.

ETA: Downvote it all you want but it doesn’t change the fact you can’t get past the fact something had to created everything in existence.

It's hard for our minds to grasp the idea that there was never nothing.

If the earth is descended from monkeys, like some “scientists” believe, where did the monkeys come from? Did you ever think of that, liberal morons?

Then what was there? And where did it come from?

I just don’t know how science can come up with an exact number like 4.543 billion.

They have no f'ing clue. They can't prove it but you can't prove otherwise, so the sheep take it as truth

We don't know.

And that's ok.

We don't know.

How is that relevant to how the old the Earth is or the Big Bang?

They say if we look deep enough into space we could see all the way back to when the earth was created. Fascinating stuff.

True. But you do realize there has to be some sort of origin for all of this, right?

This line of discusssion branches off the OP. It’s how conversations naturally progress.

Yes. There has to be a source from which everything in the universe came from. Something can’t just “wink” into existence from nothing. So yes, there has to be an origin to all of this.

How can you not see the contradiction in this?

This is a lame attempt at avoiding the question. I expected something of more sustenance from you.

I'm not avoiding the question.

I'm trying to get you to see the contradiction in your own post.

The notion that there HAS to be a beginning or start to the universe is where you're making a human leap. Who says? Maybe there was a beginning to the energy that created the Big Bang. Maybe there wasn't. We don't know. And any argument you make to the contrary can be applied to a god.
