I’m 33. Feel 18 mentally and physically.

I was overweight and unhealthy and lazy at 18 though.

Turning 53 on Thursday. I should have bought the extended warranty, because everything has started to break. Mentally I am stil a college kid pretending to be an adult. Physically I always seem to be waiting for my next surgery.

I"m also 47, but I feel the same as I did when I was 37. Eating well, regular exercise, a younger wife and several children will keep you young.

I'm 50, look 40 but feel 60. So I guess it averages out.
