I’m 47 and most days I feel like I’m 87. lol

Baseball, football and hard living has taken a toll on this old body.

I look better than I feel. High school sports and playing in a tennis league has done a number on me.

I stopped by the fraternity house on game day this weekend. I’m 34 but instantly felt like 105. They all looked like children.

I think at 64, who's this old, fat guy that's high-jacked my body? Now I'm paying for it. Pre-diabetic, elevated blood pressure, etc. Now I'm back in the gym, walking ever day, and so far, I've lost 7 pounds... We'll see how it goes.

Turned 58 today. I feel the age in my joints and activities.

Mentally I’m still a stupid teenager. I don’t have any children and divorced from a vampire.

I have a blast in my ZL1 Camaro and track day coming up.
