We go out for lunch if say on average 2.5 days per week (meaning 2 one week and 3 the next) and it's always expensed. Obviously sales positions lunches will be expensed when taking clients which I'm assuming is pretty much daily, but for you office baws (or plant I guess) how often is lunch provided by your employer?

Pretty nice perk, IMO as it lowers my expenses by 10 or so meals a month.

I provide a good lunch for staff the last Thursday of every month. Usually let them pick what to order.

Vendors buy us lunch about once a week at least. The only sucky part is it's usually a working lunch. I leave an hour early if I have to work through lunch

Anytime that I'm in the office, or I have to travel for work. Which is only a handful of times per year.

We have catered lunch at least once a week.

And then I’ll go on client/vendor lunches probably once or twice a week too.

So like 2-3 times a week.

every day if I want it. I have salespeople asking me to lunch every day, hoping I'll buy there products for my company. So the company is the reason I get a free lunch.

don't go very often though. lunch hour is gym time.

We get lunch catered in about once a quarter. Chic-fil-A for breakfast at Christmas and anytime someone hits a 5, 10, 15 year of service anniversary .

We can pretty much take customers to lunch everyday and expense it.

As long or short as I want it to be.

But it's on me to get my hours.. So I can take a 2 hrs lunch break, but would have to make up for it.

I would expense lunch for my group at the completion of a big project or just because it was to say thanks. Sometimes it was a nice place and sometimes it was something quick and brought in. Company was ok with it as long as it wasn't abused.
