Squat/Bench/OHP once or twice a week. Farmers walk once or twice a week. Row twice a week.
Depending on what's going on that week I may not get to all of it, but that's the goal.

I go when I can. Generally 5 days a week at least. I don’t just have regular off days as they just happen on their own so I just keep it going until one of them naturally hits. The split:
Chest/tris
Back/Bi
Shoulders/Traps
Legs
Start back at the top
I try to throw in some incline walking before and after whenever I can.

3-4 days of weights
Steps every day
Soccer a couple times a week
Thinking about switching some things up soon and doing some more running, but we’ll see

Sure I’d get some strange looks jumping out my excavator or skid steer and start doing push ups every hour!!! hahahaha
I have no idea how to work out but lift some old cement weights with the plastic coating in my shed 2-3 times a week and I try to watch what I eat. I can not put down the booze on the weekends so I basically workout to not look like a total slob.

3-4x a week at the gym, usually an hour from 5:30-6:30am. will jog about a 9-930 mile and then do a little lifting for upper body stuff. cant outwork a bad diet so changing that too. Fingers crossed we can lower this dang cholesterol.

Everyday, alternate cardio which is fast walking for 3-5 miles (never have been a runner) or biking, and P90 the next day, yes that old work out, that combo of yoga and hand weights still works. I wake up at 6 and work out in the morning.

Usually we go to the gym 3 to 5 nights a week. I focus on cardio, so I do the elliptical for 60 minutes.

Twice a day. Cardio/run in the morning. Lifting at lunch or in the afternoon.
Prob 2-3 days a week where I may only do one or the other. I can’t remember the last day I did nothing at all.

Gym 3x a week. Usually MWF, cardio at home Tuesday and Thursday for sure. Other days if I feel like it. Saturday morning I usually go on a little run and a home workout. Cardio has been jump rope lately. I just enjoy it better than going run.

I'm 84 so I can't do strenuous exercises. No pushups or pull ups.
About three nights a week I do stretching/flexing exercises, with my arms/shoulders.
I was having trouble turning my head, when approaching an intersection, while driving. Extreme pain. So I decided to endure the pain and turn my head from side to side about thirty times, a couple times a week. It worked.
I do knee bends and can still jump rope. I still walk , a couple miles 2-3 times a week, when the weather is good

I do strength training at the gym 4-6 times a week. My workout takes 1.5 hours.
In addition, I do aerobic / anaerobic exercise for 1 hour 4 times a week (basically ever other day).
To do this i either:
1. Hike a 4 mile trail that's 5 mins from my house, 600' of elevation gain.
2. Mountain bike for over an hour, > 1,000 feet of elevation gain.
I walk / hike on average 7.5 miles / day.
I'm 64 and retired so I have time for this. No arthritis or joint pain to complain about.
I am in afib full time, saw the cardiologist last week for the first time in two years (i'm on no meds, just baby aspirin). He looks at the above, my height / weight, heartrate and BP and says - "Well, there's nothing I can do to improve your life. See you in two years".

There is a 5 mile mountain trail about 10 miles from my house I will sometimes do on the weekends with a backpack on. It's not the best hiking by any stretch but the elevation gain isn't bad.
