Daily. Love it.

It's the only way to grow.

Every now and then I switch to my left hand and it feels like I’m outside my comfort zone.

Never. Except the time I started wearing two masks in public. I only go out once a month for groceries. Otherwise I stick to my lane in my data entry work from home job.

I make a point of doing things somewhat regularly to put myself out there (like getting up to sing karaoke, audition for local theater, sign up to volunteer for something where I don't know anyone)

sometimes I feel brave, other times I feel foolish always glad I did it though.

I stepped out of mine a few weeks ago when I took a job doing taxes. So far, so good. You don't grow if you don't take a chance.

Not a lot. That's why it's my comfort zone. If I'm out of it, it's very likely it wasn't my call.
