How often do you change out your toothbrush?

I buy Curaprox brushes, about the softest you can get aside from those that need the type of extreme softness when dealing with surgery or radiation treatment, and they last months. You are supposed to brush your teeth, not assault them like they owe you money

Bamboo (plastic free) teethy brushes ordered from the Brazilian Rainforest for around a buck a piece
I'm hard on them so they get tossed every two weeks or so.

Every year at Halloween. The Dentist down the street hands them out instead of candy.

I change out the head on my sonicare every 3 months.
