Get one of those Tuft And Needle or Caspers, if you don't like they'll take it back.

two $165 pillows

I'm to the point where I'm about ready to spend this much on pillows. I can't find a pillow I like to save my life. I'm a stomach/side sleeper and my pillow experimentation has been highly unsuccessful.

$750 for a Tuft and Needle king

Don’t need a box spring. Bought a new king bed frame (looks decent...with one of those fabric wrapped headboards that are popular now and wood slats instead of needing box frame) for less than $250 on amazon. Shipped free to our house in 2 days.

I'm about to buy a Cali King and Queen from the original mattress factory. Old school flippable mattress. I hate memory foam and cooling gel on a mattress. Cannot sleep on it at all. I think it's going to be about $2k for both.

King size Serta iComfort cooling, firm, with 2 adjustable bases. About $3500. Best sleep I've ever had.

Go see Mitch at Baton Rouge Mattress Co. - great products at great prices! They give you 90 days to see if you like the mattress, if not come back and pick out something else.

I spent about $2,000 on a Sleep number. First night on it I fell asleep quick and didnt move all night. I am pleased with it. Dont go cheap on a bed - you spend 25%-35% of your life sleeping, and good sleep is essential to good health.

Get a Leesa, Casper, or Tuft & Needle delivered to your house for under a thousand dollars. You can get a box spring online for about $200. Screw spending 4K on a mattress when the above mentioned are the same quality.

I tried one of the cheap foam mattresses. I wasn't a fan. I went hybrid spring/foam. It's a decent mattress, but it was only like $1200.

Biggest game changer is I got a glideaway ascend adjustable base instead of a box spring. It doesn't just do head and legs, it has a patent on making the entire bed incline at the head. I have sinus issues, helps me a ton to be able to sleep at an angle and still sleep on my side.

Purple bed setup ran about $1500 total. The 60lb dog can jump on the bed and I don't feel it. I sleep like a champ and love it

GO to Wholesale Mattress on Florida Blvd, it’s where they make the mattresses and box springs. Got a top of the line king pillow top mattress & boxspring for $1000

We splurged and got a fancy tempurpedic with the adjustable base. Its definitely overpriced, although the lifespan of the mattress makes up somewhat for the additional cost.

If you go this route definitely try to negotiate even though they say they cannot on tempurpedics, at least get them to throw in a bunch of free stuff. Also ask if they have any stuff of clearance, most of it is slightly damaged in shipment so they will knock of a significant amount.
