feel like some of you are talking red rider BB gun. That’s not shite. A .177 cal pellet gun that is sitting in my garage to your gut and I promise you’ll be asking for a doctor.

For sure. I got popped with a .177 pellet from a Benjamin when I was a kid. Ended up having to have surgery on my thumb to have it removed and not lose dexterity. I do not recommend and I'm sure my parents would say the same after the bill.

I sniped my brother in the neck with a .177 bb from the next door neighbor's roof during a bb gun war. Not sure how much but I pumped more than the 2 we all agreed too. I felt pretty bad about that.

Late 70's. My best friend shot my little brother with a Benjamin at about 40 yards. Lodged in his lung wall to this day.

My dad bought BB guns for my brother and me when we were kids. We played army and shot each other with them. Dad was cool with that as long as we wore eye protection. I still have a BB in my butt 45 years later

A pump Benjamin Sheridan .177 cocked 10x to the gut will frick you up. Hit the liver or kidney and you will have a problem.

I still have my Sheridan Silverstreak, would punch clear through the fence boards with those pointed .177 field pellets at 8 pumps. Never shot it into a person but tried to plug my brother with it after he shot me in the arse with his pellet gun. His was a CO2 Daisy and he thought the CO2 cartridge was too spent to push a pellet hard enough to hurt. He was wrong, raised a damned good welt on my butt cheek.

If I had so much as talked about pointing a bb gun at a person my dad would have made sure that was the last time I ever touched one.

I don't know that my benjamin pump wouldn't go through you. It goes through 1 inch of board easily.

They also didn’t shoot 1000fps

Yeah. Only 500-600. And we had a "1 pump" rule. But nobody followed that....

Still have scar tissue in my left index finger from a bb that the doc removed from it...
