frick you, without cheese, what is the point of life.

My wife has been drinking milk since getting pregnant. I'm not gonna lie and say I don't take a swig out of it every so often either.

And we do a lot of things that no other animal on Earth does. It is kinda the point of technology.

Milk is full of sugar.

Skim milk is not nearly as healthy as grass-fed whole cow milk.

As for me, heavy cream or nothing.

Yeah, skim milk isn't good for you. The sugar content is really high. Turns out stuff tastes like shite when you remove the fat

Gallon of Brown's red cap whole Vit D a week.. at least

And I don't break many bones unless I'm in serious vehicle wrecks and I'm not dead, so it must be helping something.

Oh and to go old school OT, 'whole milk gets colder'

None. I've always hated drinking it straight up which I think it goes back to my fear of nuns from catholic school forcing me to drink all of it before I went to recess.

I might have issues.

That is a whole lotta milk in one week. I usually get a gallon at the store but never end up using it all before it expires.

I love milk, but I just can't justify the calories (I only like whole milk).

About a gallon of whole milk. I either have milk and cookies or a milkshake every night after supper
