None.. I have between 20-50 carbs a day, I'd rather use it elsewhere.

Milk PSA:

The following milk brands all come from the same cow: rouses, browns, great value, market pantry, roberts, etc etc etc.

The same exact cow. So buy the cheapest one available

Absolutely, milk is milk, so I will take the 2.oo $ gallon eveytime...even though I look for the most expansion date, knowing that shite won't last more than 3-4 days!

My uncle used to be a fatass, and he'd drink a gallon each day
